For our client, an international company located in Łódź we are currently looking for Sales Back Office Specialist with German .
On this position, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information, you will be managing orders according to the agreed policy. In addition, you will be close cooperating with the account managers, project managers and with the other stakeholders. On this position, you will be also providing support with further standardizing and documenting way of working in the sales support team. Moreover, you will be supporting implementation of improvement in the company. ( LEAN tools such as Kaizen/A3 ).
We are looking for candidates with experience on the similar position. Practical knowledge of SAP system will be an asset. Fluent German and ability to communicate in English is a must. We are seeking open-minded candidates with good attitude and well-developed communication and analytical skills. Disciplined and dedicated candidates are preferred.
