For our Client, global production company with SSC based in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates to join Customer Service Department.
While working at this role, you will be responsible forthe process from order to delivery- checking orders, updating information in the system (SAP), contacting plant office, arrange deliveries (contact with logistics department). Your job will be also to check payments and contact your Client in order to delay with payment.
We are looking for Candidateswith excellent communication and analytical skills; Previous working experiences in the field of customer service/ logistics are nice to have, but not a must. An ideal Candidate speaks English and Polish at very good level, and, additionally German at B2/C1 level.
