Sales and Customer Service Specialist with Czech Language
Work place: Warsaw
Job description:
• Providing a complex customer service for clients concerning accepting, realizing and actualizing the orders;
• Telephone contact with clients
• Responses to customer inquiries
• Promoting and selling products
• Ensuring a good image of the company and maintaining relations with clients
• Advising clients in adjusting the product offer to their individual needs;
• Order system administrating
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Czech language - min. level C1
• Communicative knowledge of Polish or English
• Minimum high school education
• Experience in a similar position would be welcome
• High communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Very good self-organization and target orientation skills
• Self-reliance, problem solving
• Responsibility for entrusted activities
• Motivation and commitment
