Join the sales team of the largest Software Academy in the CEE.
We are looking for ambitious and passionate people to represent the services of the Academy.
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Respond to enquiries and educating customers about academy products by phone, chat and email
- Make out coming phone calls and respond to the incoming ones
- Work with IT applications and systems, in general.
- Prepare contracts and taking care of the paperwork related to registration process
What you'll need to succeed
- Min. 1 year of experience in call center/ customer service / telesales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to establish contacts with ease, negotiate effectively and be persuasive
- Good command of English
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to develop as part of a highly experienced international sales team
