Sales AnalystMiejsce pracy: Warsaw
Due to continuous development of our client, we are looking for Sales Analyst. If you are looking for dynamic and challenging environment, where you will get to work closely with Finance Director, then this will be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of different types of analyses and reports based on daily, weekly or monthly sales data per segments and channels
- Reconciliation of sales figures (volume and quantity) between different sources of data and accounts
- Analysis of monthly sales results and explanations of budget variations
- Analysis and control of online sale and cash inflow from different methods of payment
- Input of sales data into accounting system
- Verification, if sales revenue and margin is correctly presented in P&L and fully reflects the contracts provisions with Promoters
- Cooperation with Key Account Managers to fulfil the contracts with Promoters in terms of invoicing and payments procedures
- Delivery of data for various projects, presentations and reports for management and HQ
- Support Finance Specialist in returns, CNs and cashback procedures
- Preparation of sales budget and forecasts in cooperation with FD and Sales team
- Participation in controlling projects and implementation of new solutions to continue process improvement
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in retail (online business experience highly appreciated)
- Understanding of accounting processes, financial statements and basic budgeting concepts
- Experience working with large data sets
- Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Access / SQL / Qlik Sense or other similar supporting systems
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Problem solving approach
- A good team player
- Very good English (minimum B2 written and spoken), fluency in Polish
