Your new role
Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with Eastern Europe commercial leaders and their sales force ensuring a comprehensive sales enablement programme tailored to their region if effectively delivered. This position requires a thorough understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, plus an ability to use that knowledge to increase the field’s efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. You will own the execution for the enablement programs in your assigned geography and sales segments.
SEM will develop and execute against a holistic sales enablement strategy that includes enablement on systems and processes, products & solutions, industry expertise, sales methodology, the buyer and customer journey, and functional expertise for sales positions. You will be responsible for refining enablement priorities with local sales leadership and other stakeholders, and drive alignment on those priorities as well as design and optimise programs like new hire onboarding and sales training and certification programs to improve business performance.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Significant, relevant experience working in a Sales Enablement function.
  • Strong organisational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
  • Experience in executing a Sales Enablement Strategy for field-based teams in the 100 person range.
  • A strong understanding of the different Sales Enablement needs in technology or professional services companies.
  • In-depth understanding of sales and technical delivery teams - value-based selling.
  • Experience creating enablement content including presentations, decks, and videos.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Ability to speak English and Russian language is a must.
