Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
It is a worldwide company with more than 100 years of production experience in the food industry. The organization has a main focus on making ingredients for products and is committed to improve the sustainability of the products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This organization is looking for an experienced HSE manager. Mainly focused on accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Will report to the director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Besides managing a team of 5 people you will also report and analyze the risks.
The main tasks related to the role are:
- Manage safety and long-term strategies
- Implement projects to improve awareness of QHSE in the company
- Audit and be able to manage OHSAS 18001
- Train the organization on crisis management, safety and emergency issues
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in QHSE in the food industry
- >5 years of experience in QHSE in the food industry
- Travel regularly
- Deep knowledge of Risk management and HSE implementations
