RtR Team Leader with French languageMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting GL team of 10 - 15 team members (recruiting, developing, setting goals with company objectives),
point of contact for customers: explaining more complex issues, presenting results and conducted control activities,
coordinating accounting month - end closing activities,
checking GL entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts,
reporting according to the internal Company’s requirements,
improve and standardises recorded processes, increasing efficiency and satisfaction of the internal customers,
managing accounting procedures and verifying accounting documents,
cooperation with auditors and delivering data and analyses.
Requirements:
University degree in Finance & Accounting/Economy or similar discipline,
at least 2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of operational effectiveness & efficiency,
4 years of professional experience in GL/RtR process,
fluent French language and very good English language,
working experience with accounting tools and IT systems – SAP is mandatory,
qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) as a plus.
