Become RtR Team Leader in the Shared Services Centre of the global, technological expert in the heart of the Cracow. Work in the environments guaranteeing self and career development.
Your future responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily work of the team,
- Receiving and processing finance reports and data,
- Supervising of efficient, timely projects delivery,
- Delegating the tasks and targets to the team members,
- Supplying the team with your specific, expert knowledge,
- Support in the implementation of initiatives and solutions.
The perfect candidate is characterised by:
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance processes (min. 3 years in RtR/GL) plus min. one year experience in people management e.x. as a Team Coordinator, Team Lead backup or Team Lead,
- Master degree in accountancy/finance or related subject – nice to have,
- English language at B2/C1 level,
- Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
- Very good managing, motivating, prioritising and organisation skills.
