We are looking for a candidate for a role of RTR General Accounting Senior Specialist dedicated to provide general accounting services including GL accounting, closing, trial balance production and reporting on a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting
- processing, execution and compliance of month end activities (month end closing,
balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review, manual journal vouchers
including accruals and prepayments) - preparing month end reports and balance sheet analytics
- VAT postings
- fixed assets management
- payroll postings
- accruals and prepayments
- executing internal controls over financial reporting
- supporting of internal and external audits
- ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets
- group reporting for the headquarters’ submission
- providing back-up for team leader in workload distribution, administrative tasks and
urgent escalations matters, participation in business meetings - supporting the team leader with any operational task and ad hoc projects meeting the
expected timeframe - supporting other team members with prioritizing, work-load distribution and more
complex cases - MEC coordination
- taking an active part in creating and keeping up to date process documentation
- deep understanding of accounting
- fluency in English (min. B2 level will be preferred)
- about 4 years of experience in accounting
- university degree in a relevant field (for instance finance and accounting or economy) or certificate in accountancy
- good command of Excel
- experience in work with the ERP system (preferably SAP)
- good level of commitment, responsibility and ownership
