For our Client we are building the structures from the scratch and we are looking for professionals with significant experience in a financial shared service centre supporting multiple countries / business units who are ready to take the challenge and take theRTR Process Delivery Lead position.
This position will report to the SSC Site Lead and lead the R2R team leaders in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Intercompany Processing, Fixed Assets and any other related managerial and decision activities. As Process Delivery Lead among others you will be responsible forManage the R2R Lead Associate and Associates (+30 FTE), perform regular performance evaluations of staff members, identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine, form strong collaborative relationship with Global Process Owners, ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes, monitor the performance and quality of activities performed based on agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to manage the performance of the department, proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment.
Previous relevant experience (5-7 years), prior experience in managing R2R functions in a shared services environment andin project management and process improvement are essential together with deep understanding of RTR process, excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve problems.Professional accountancy qualification, Big 4 Audit background will be a plus.
