For our Client – international organisation MARS Global Services based in centre of Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Record to Report Manager with English. Mars Financial Services is a part of Mars Incorporated with popular brands like M&M's, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, Whiskas, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Orbit.
Holding the position of RtR Manager you will be responsible for: managing team engagement and developing individuals, providing Mars work policies & procedures, supervising, controling and reporting KPIs and SLA to Manager, making analysis and developing improvement plans, monitoring scope of work, measuring team performance and facilitatiing knowledge-sharing across teams/departments, identifying & driving continuous improvement opportunities, taking responsibility for training for new team members, taking responsibility for effective back-up structure, managing day to day relationship with the customer ensure effective communication and cooperation within a team, cross- team and cross-department, ensuring closure of action items from audits.
To be successful in this role you will need to have: university degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be advantage), significant supervisory experience (minimum 4 year’s) in various financial/accounting positions in international environment (managing a team of more that 10 FTE's), high level of computer literacy in MS Office, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company together with strong customer driven focus, strong leadership, organizational and project management skills, fluency in English is required.
