Your new role
• Manage a team of 5 to 8 automation experts, most of them being UiPath RPA developers
• Manage the deliverables of the team, allocate the work and maintain the timelines
• Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies
• Develop software requirement specifications for UiPath Robotic solutions and other automations
• Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
• Co-design and validate future state processes that are compatible with future state robotics solution
• Support business case development by helping to size implementation effort and cost
• Build thought leadership and expertise around best-practice UiPath RPA solution design and implementation
• Assisting the business leaders in providing the technical perspective regarding the identification of potential quality, service and productivity improvements throughout the organization
• Promote best practice sharing by providing training on automation tools and solutions • Maintain technical documentation, using established procedures and policies
• Work with users and team members to deploy business apps on-schedule and within budget
• Develop talents in your team to accelerate adoption of new automation technologies and master their core competencies
What you'll need to succeed
• At least 1 year as a Team leader or Senior Developer working with UiPath technology
• Solid knowledge of RPA by UiPath
• Comfortable working with an agile approach
• Working knowledge of object-oriented programming or relational database systems
• Basic SharePoint knowledge preferred
• Proven track of translating current state processes into software requirement specifications and corresponding future state processes
• Competent to work in most phases of application development activities, including analysis, design, develop/enhance, test and implement data-driven apps under general supervision
• Knowledge of process improvement and project management will be a plus
• Business acumen is important (understanding of organizational structure, business functions and processes, goals, metrics etc.), especially in financial/accounting area
• Out of the box thinking, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and well organized.
