RPA Team Lead
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our Client we are looking for RPA Team Lead who will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and guide day-to- day activities for the RPA IT team’s area of responsibility (includes UiPath RPA and UiPath Process Mining)
- Responsible for delivering support, administration, and development services for the Robotic Process Automation team (includes UiPath RPA and UiPath Process Mining) and the RPA Center of Excellence
- As the Center of Excellence Lead, train and onboard the company users on identifying RPA opportunities and submitting ideas through the Center of Excellence.
- Guide and support RPA IT team members as they lead internal customers and business partners through the discovery and requirements gathering proces
- Establish and grow relationships with key vendors in the RPA space
- Drive 3rd party engagements in support of enhancements and development within application areas.
- Adhere to the Project Management Methodologies and lead or guide all projects in assigned application area
- Follow design best practices and enforce regular deployments of applications and customizations adhere to guidelines of system development lifecycles and agile development frameworks
- Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations.
- Deliver and/or organize training for end users and power users of supported platforms.
- Stays up to date with RPA product releases, develops testing plans and project plan to implement those updates.
- Responsible for systems monitoring and general support, including monitoring and analyzing system and bot performance
- Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations
- Ensure compliance with all vendor and the company standards and controls within areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline OR equivalent work experience
- Requires 6+ years of professional IT experience with at least 1 year of RPA experience. Any professional experience with a process mining is acceptable
- Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and execute within area of accountability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands and successfully communicates best practices for optimized RPA solutions
- Proven experience using AGILE methodologies and leading AGILE teams
- Executes project work on time and within budget
- Clear and effective communicator
- Provides high quality support within SLA.
