For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: RPA Developer
Location: remote/Cracow
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 80-100 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: start between 7:00 and 9:00
Remote work: Yes, with occasional visits to the Cracow office
Tech stack: Blue Prism (preferred), UiPath, (C#,C++, VB, Java or Python preferred), SQL
Project: Join the Innovation & Emerging Services Team as an IS Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. We are focused on bringing innovation into products by extending them with cutting-edge technologies including Robotic Process Automation, Mobile, Augmented Reality, Cognitive services, chatbots and others. We are looking for a person who will be working within Innovation and Emerging services’ Business Process Automation team to deliver automation of business processes and drive the Industry 4.0 market.

What will you do:
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and development best practices
- Working directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward

What we expect from you:
- Professional experience in automation development
- Experience working with one or more RPA technologies such as Blue Prism (preferred), UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Prior experience in object-oriented programming (C#,C++, VB, Java or Python preferred)
- Experience working with web-services
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to perform unsupervised work in multiple projects
- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English
What would be a plus:
- Blue Prism certifications desired
- Experience with desktop automation and scripting (VBA, PowerShell)
- SAP automation experience
- Prior experience working within Azure/AWS cloud hosted environments
- Experience working with Machine Learning (ML), OCR implementations
- Working within DevOps lifecycle environment
