For our Client, Hapag Lloyd, an international company employing 12,000+ people worldwide, we have the pleasure of running exciting recruitment projects for the Knowledge Centre in Gdansk!
As part of ‘Strategy 2023’ Hapag-Lloyd will boost automation in the coming years, a cornerstone is Robotic Process Automation. RPA Team will be a part of newly established Knowledge Centre located in Gdansk and will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the specific bots. The bots will automate processes in SAP and HL’s custom developed core system FIS.
Your new role
We are looking for passionate specialists, team players who are ready to cope with daily challenges. As a RPA Developer you will develop, test and support bots, based on the BluePrism platform, i.e. automate processes for Hapag-Lloyd’s global business units. You will closely collaborate with RPA Analysts who create the specifications as basis for your development work. If you are well organized person with strong development skills and ability to adapt fast, if you like to make the difference, it is your position.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience in process automation, ideally on enterprise scale
- Professional knowledge of RPA software, ideally Blue Prism or other RPA platforms like UIPath, Automation Anywhere
- Strong skills in software architecture to develop high quality RPA
- University degree in computer science, physics or technical field
- Very good command of English
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in Java, JavaEE, HTML5, JavaScript
- Agile methodology experience
- Acquaintance with Machine Learning solutions
- Experience in shipping or business administration processes
- Experience in SAP and underlying business processes
- Experience in operating RPA in a DevOps approach
