Returns and Refund Generalist (m/f)

Our Client is an Asian tech conglomerate that dynamically develops its operations in Europe. They operate in 3 segments: gaming, online payments and e-commerce in which the vacancy of a Senior Logistics Specialist is created.
The company has ambitious goals to grow in Europe starting its expansion from Poland. Their operations represent high standards in which they deliver their service and products. That is also reflected in growth opportunities which are offered to their employees.
Description
- Point of contact for common escalations and inquiries from internal teams regarding return/refund matters across EU markets (PL, ES, FR).
- Learning and development: Host monthly training sessions to internal teams on refunds (overview) & latest updates.
- Execute and optimize key operational tasks to drive return/refund functionalities.
- Build product knowledge on returns system & product.
- Work with Product team and Regional Team to coordinate and execute UAT & Live release testing of features related to returns and refunds.
- Manage and execute ad hoc tasks according to business needs.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of working experience,
- Professional experience in either financial refunds or product returns,
- Strong communication skills,
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required,
- Prior experience in customer service, B2C market or e-commerce is an advantage,
- Able to work and adapt in a fast pace environment,
- Adaptable and flexible individuals will be able to fit in the role easier.
