The Key Account Manager CE is responsible for managing and growing new and existing Independent Retail Partners (Mono- and Multibrand) and for the acquisition of new partners for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia).

Description

  • Managing the large multi-door Independent Retail partners (Mono- and Multi-brand) as well as the local online multi-channel players for Central Europe
  • Managing sell-in and joint responsibility on sell-out with the District Managers for the large multi-door partners in line with global guidelines as well facilitating replenishments and ensuring right stock levels of partners to drive sustainable results
  • Building and fostering strong relationship with partners through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event such as Retailers Days etc.
  • Leading the acquisition of new Independent Retailer POP's (Mono- and Multibrand) supported by the local Distribution & Real Estate Manager and consolidating all relevant information for new store openings and initiating the store opening process
  • Driving the overall negotiation with partners in regards to terms and conditions based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management team

Profile

We are looking for a motivated talent holding a University degree in business (or a comparable education). As an ideal candidate you have at least 3 years extensive Account Management and/or B2B experience preferably within the branded Consumer Goods Business. Besides strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills we expect advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this role excellent organizational and analytical skills and strong business development mindset and negotiations skills are a must have. Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
