Response Service Center Specialist with French

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Acting as a first line of contact for customer employees, HR departments and third parties for HR and payroll related questions such as: new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits, deductions, time and attendance, attestations
  • Resolving customer queries, preserving time and quality requirements
  • Explain and manage electronic inquiries (emails)
  • Behavior in accordance with the culture of electronic communication, to respond to customers on time, receive all phone calls within the deadlines
  • Having knowledge of communications systems (CRM)
  • Prepare and maintain payroll related records and reports
  • Document workflow and work procedures
  • Cross-train designated back-up

  • Very good English skills - both oral and written
  • BA / MA Degree
  • Basic MS Office products knowledge
