For our client, who is one of the leaders in the banking industry, we are looking for Resourcing Specialist.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Resourcing Specialists are a vital part of the team and are responsible for providing a support and advisory service to hiring managers in order to ensure the recruitment process works smoothly and incorporates all the best elements of our clients service to deliver a rapid and quality hire. As a resourcing specialist you will be initiating contact with Hiring Managers to establish precise hiring needs and establishing a solid understanding of the function in which the vacancy sits in order to ensure the right talent is sourced. You will be responsible for posting job vacancies to internal or external job sites and conducting telephone interviews.
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate for this position is able to communicate well and build long-term relationships. We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in recruitment especially in banking and finance area. As you will be working in international environment your English need to be fluent. What's more, you must be able to collect and analyse data.
