Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens several roles on the positions of Resourcing Consultants, who will provide off-site sourcing activities for new RPO account – the Client has its subsidiaries located across EMEA. The team to be created with the beginning of December 2011 will be a fundamental part of the overall delivery on the account providing service excellence to both Candidates and Clients.
Working on the position of Resourcing Consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process,from involvement in initial briefing calls with the client, suggesting attraction strategies and sourcing candidates through to arranging interviews and taking candidates through the offer process.
Your role will be todevelop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, conducting interviews, short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities. You will need to ensure that the recruitment SLA’a are met, while following Client compliance procedures.
We are looking formultilingual, dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking, preferably with minimum 6 months of professional experience in recruitment industry.
As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Russian.Additional European language would be a plus. In additionyou will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
