Who are we looking for?
Experience:
- Practical understanding and experience of key resource processes and practices
- A background in project management with a keen understanding of the project management discipline and best practices
- Extensive experience in negotiations, data management analysis and presentation
- Experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in PowerPoint or report format
- Experience of major change programs in large, complex and matrix organizations.
Skills and Competencies:
- An expert in relevant office software most notably Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

What will you do?
The Resource Manager will play an integral role in overseeing overall delivery resources for major programs.
Reporting to Eastern Europe P&C Head, and working closely with the HR Business Partner team and P&C Leadership Team, the role will blend both knowledge of HR processes and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline.
The role will play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.
Key Accountabilities
- Devising and owning the resource plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Implement resource management tools and processes to make sure that all defined goals are achieved.
- Working with the P&C Leadership Team, P&C HR Business Partner, Region delivery managers and Capability Managers to ensure the delivery of key project resources is on time.
- Interpreting and representing key P&C policies, such reorganization and communicating with the team and managers in the business.
- Collating and owning key people data and undertaking detailed data analysis
- Clearly and concisely presenting and communicating key people data stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner.
- Devises and manages a regular reporting mechanism for the P&C Leadership Team and relevant business leaders.
- Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
- Collaboratively working with all EE P&C managers to identify dependencies decide on resource priorities.
- Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practice and stakeholders to scan for innovations and opportunities to form partnerships.
- Support the business partner to build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios add options to mitigate.
- Be an ambassador for the function and represent the P&C Resource Management internally and externally (as appropriate).
