For our Client, an international company, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position Research Specialist.
Location: Gdynia or Cracow
Your new role
- Managing a significant part of a due diligence projects
- Participation in the process consisting of research, analysis, data gathering, interviewing, legal, risk and compliance issues, time management and communication with customers.
- Supervising the reporting process to make sure that cases are in line with the methodology and client-specific needs
- Being proactive in keeping your teams up to date on good compliance practices and due diligence methodologies.
- Working closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate with vendors and other internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
- Compliance, due diligence, AML/KYC or third-party risk management experience (1-2 years)
- Critical thinking skills, strong research skills, including online search tools related to corporate registries, litigation, bankruptcy, ESG, government filings and media sources
- Ability to and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proactive in team management and problem solving
- Fluent verbal and written English
- At least intermediate other language (German, French, Russian, Italian or other)
