Reporting Specialist

Location: Warszawa

Actually within Diebold Nixdorf BPO Sp. z o. o. we are looking for a Reporting Specialist for EMEA Business Services Reporting Team.

The Reporting Team is responsible for providing comprehensive reporting to the EMEA and Global Management Team. Overall responsibilities are to ensure financial control, provide monitoring, tracking, planning, and reporting and support improvements recommendations. The successful applicants will be part of a new group being set up within EMEA Business Services’ Warsaw offices.

The Reporting Specialist will report to the Team Leader FP&A and Reporting and will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

The main tasks in this role will be:

  • Reporting support for all assigned organizational units and initiatives;
  • Creation and improvement of reports generated from the Company’s ERP and BI systems to fulfil the internal reporting requirements;
  • Liaison with all levels of management throughout the organisation;
  • Consolidated reporting and analysis of income statement on both a GAAP and non-GAAP basis (order entry, product backlog, LoB revenue and profitability, other income/expense, gross margin, cash conversion cycle and working capital);
  • Supporting the Business with monthly capital expenditure tracking and analysis of spend;
  • Direct support for assigned cost centres and product lines regarding product reporting;
  • Assistance in measuring performance, increasing efficiencies, and tracking global key initiatives;
  • Reporting support for other EMEA BS teams;
  • Maintenance of reporting units in the reporting systems;
  • HQ Allocations and profit transfers from Businesses to Regions;
  • Participation in special/ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements to successfully fill this role are a university degree, preferably with a focus on business administration or finance, as well as relevant (two to three years) experience.

Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are necessary to be successful in the position. Advanced IT skills, especially Excel, are required, experience with Longview or Hyperion and SAP or Oracle would be an advantage.

The working language is English which has to be fully mastered; good knowledge of any other major EMEA language (i.e. German) would be an advantage.
