The Company

They are at the forefront of cancer immunotherapy. Today, they are a leader in engineered T cell therapy, transforming cancer treatment with what is potentially the biggest breakthrough since the introduction of combination chemotherapy. To bring about this transformation, they are developing innovative products that harness a patient's own immune system to target and attack cancer cells.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated team member for the role of Reporting & Documentation Specialist - to develop, manage and maintain a first class reporting and documentation portfolio in the exciting new area of cancer immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Ability to create, revise and update all documents e.g. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work Instructions (WI) Specifications (Specs) relevant to departmental processes.
· Plan, oversee, and participate in the warehouse management operations and activities to support operations with state of the art reporting and data analysis (KPI. Performance,
Metrics (internal/external))
· Responsible for data collection, performance analysis, including coordination, and execution of recovery plans when metrics fall below goals.
· Provided ongoing tracking performance reviews and related metrics.
· Provided analytical support for projects, business opportunities and proposals.
· Use system data and use of the document management system.
· Responsible for data collection, performance analysis, problem identification and development recommendations to support SCM planning and operations, including coordination,
and execution of recovery plans when metrics fall below goals.
· Provided ongoing tracking performance reviews and related financial metrics.
· Provided analytical support for projects, business opportunities and proposals.
· Use system data and use of the document management system.
· Willingness to extend scope, think and act cross-departmental and disciplines and perform other duties as assigned.

Profile:
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical facility.
· An eager fast learner with less experience is as well welcome.
· Previous experience in Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain and process improvements
· Knowledge of warehouse operations in a GMP as well as a non-GMP setting
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
