For our client, an international service company, we are looking for Candidates ready for new professional challenges with experience in selling services. The position will be based in Warsaw but some travel might be required.
Relationship ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with customers and prospects on decision-making to establish viable business relationship;
Definition of the opportunity strategy in cooperation with the Account Manager including target solution architecture (process & infrastructure);
Identification, verification and development of services leads including customer verification;
Preparation and submission of proposal, quoting for complex services and strategic solutions in the context of sales and service strategy;
Preparation and implementation of documentation;
Designing and facilitating internal pre-sales and sales processes to ensure services are key focus.
Requirements:
Min. 5 years of work experience in selling services;
Strong industry know-how in banking and retail area;
Extensive business knowledge (e.g. IT cost/ benefit analysis);
Fluent English;
Basic IT knowledge;
Experienced in leading of virtual teams;
Strong sales skills;
Oriented for goals.
