HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Rekruter IT
Localization: KRAKOW
Key Accountabilities:
• Conducting end-to-end IT recruitment processes (Junior and Senior positions)
• Building a talent pool of candidates through internal and external databases
• Ensuring sufficient and best quality communication at all stages of the recruitment process with all parties involved
• Preparing and posting adverts on various channels
• Setting up best sourcing strategy
• Searching and selecting applicants according to the Client’s needs
• Scheduling interviews/ phone calls with candidates
• Preparing candidates for interview
• Keeping candidates fully updated throughout the process
• Performing market analysis
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter (ideally with agency environment)
• Fluent English (min. B2 level)
• Experience with sourcing tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal oriented and hardworking person
• Motivation and passion for recruitment
