For our Client based in Łódź, we are looking for an experienced candidate with the food background, for a position of Regulatory Compliance Team Leader. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing small team of 5 people and regulatory policy.

Responsibilities:
Main point of contact with the business for all Regulatory Compliance activities in the Shared Service Centre structure
Managing a team and ensuring that all legal compliance activities are completed accurate and timely
Cooperating with internal customers (R&D, Marketing, Commercialisation, Food Safety department) to complete regulatory information and support commercialisation and related processes
Contacting food legislation (approve product formulations, copy documents, raw materials and artwork to ensure compliance with legislative requirements)
Interpreting, evaluating and implementing regulations and industry standards
Identifying and participating in process improvements
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and coaching the team
Producing monthly summary reports
Requirements:
University Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or any other related technical field
Working experience on a leadership position, related with technical area
Strong knowledge of regulatory or quality information such as nutrition, ingredient statements, religious certification, product labelling, assembly and product specifications or inspection plans
Experience in Regulatory Affairs in the food industry desirable
Well organised, methodical and with an eye for detail
