Your new role
The Systems Analyst’s role is to understand defined business requirements, functions and business processes in order to define requirements that deliver real, quantifiable benefit to the business. This includes translating the business requirement into lower-level design and specification information that can be used by the development teams to produce accurate and performant IT systems.
You will work closely with BA in determining the scope of business changes and their impact on the existing functionality, cooperate with the PM in terms of current issues solving tasks. Specify task dependencies and the possibility of their simultaneous implementation. On your daily basis you will communicate scope changes occurred within Sprint with the customer - Sprint Review as much as participate in functional testing within Sprint process. Cooperating with PO to verify possible backlog in the project will be one of your task.You need to collaborate with the Development Team on possible implementation issue and participationg in project meetings with the Client regarding product functionalities. It's expected from you to create specification for communication with external systems (REST APIs, Web services, flat files).
What you'll need to succeed
You will be responsible for convert business requirements into system requirements by creating systems models, specifications and UML diagrams to provide direction to developers. Verify User Stories concerning completeness of the content description.and communicate customer comments/requirements. As being a part of the team you will help to determine the scope of testing for each functionality. It's expecting from you to create documentation for implementing the functionality of “Epics (larger functionality)” as well as create wireframes and lightweight UI/UX models for changes in Interface. Being fluency in English is a must.
