Your new role
As Regular IT Specialist you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to IT Security, TechIT, Virtualisation or BlackBerry as well as identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems with other support team members. One of your daily duties will be analyzing and resolving standard and complex incidents remotely or on-site. This role also includes following implemented processes and finding new ways to improve systems and daily tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal Candidate for this role you need to have experience as an IT Technician which will be also related to SCCM and Active Directory handling. You must be certified Microsoft Windows Desktop Supporter (MS 70-680 and MS 70-685) and have a good understanding of Applications environment and Network . We are looking for team-worker with great communication skills that are important within client environment. To addition to this communicative German and English level are desired requirements for this position as well as bachelor degree.
