Regional Supply Chain Manager EMEA - Global Automotive Company
Candidate on this position will be responsible for the strategic rolle of Supply Chain Manager on EMEA region where he will manage the team as well as activities related to inventory and planning improvements. The work will be performed on the basis of home office and business trips - 50% travel rate.

Our client is a globally recognized automotive company, which have more than 20 production plants; they constantly increasing in global market share by launching new production plants and programs. Due to further development plans, we are looking for strategic role of Regional Supply Chain Manager for EMEA region whose daily work will be remotely from home office and he will report to Vice President Operations & Supply Chain.
Description
- Management of activities related to Logistic& Planning on subordinate to the region - 8 Production Plants
- Develop Logistic & Planning strategies within the organization
- Influencing inventory - optimization of stock level in the plants to improve the cashflow
- Managing the Supply Chain Managers team in the subordinate area
- Implementing long term planning process
- Initiate and coordinate major projects, certification, etc.
- Implement and harmonies logistic processes within the entities
- Deploy best-practice processes and solutions for L&P in short and long term horizons
- Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce cost
Profile
- Master degree in business or logistic, MBA will be in plus
- Professional international experience associated with the regional management of SCH in Automotive branch is a must
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English are required, German will be a plus
- Multiple hands-on experience in Logistic & Planning activity in Automotive companies
- Experience in leading logistics or supply chain teams
- Flexibility, adaptability and process improvement approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work in different cultural environment
