Regional Sales Manager

To support our growth in Poland, we are looking for the Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for prospecting new customers, generating new sales and maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standard with our actual local clients.
Responsibilities:
An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep sales experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing on the overall market strategy within Poland. The primary focus will be on clients from Telco, IT and Bank industry. You must have a proven track record in the sales process and project sales and with dealing with procurement and higher management. Responsibilities will include creating sales opportunities, proactively following leads, preparation of sales forecasts, project coordination, after sales support, presentations which will be technical, commercial and service. This position is to join a small but extremely professional team for which we foresee a huge growth within the next years. Therefore we are looking for a team player who is a professional communicator, someone with excellent negotiation, presentation, and time management skills.
Scope of work:
*Develop and maintain relationship with NATEK prospects’ procurement and operational managers and other individuals in prospects’ organization which can influence development of NATEK business
*Ensure that all NATEK International Customers receive outstanding services. *Detect and develop new sales opportunity
*Forecast Sales activities for existing accounts and sets performance goals accordingly.
*Works with management teams and Country Manager in developing strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and grow both national and worldwide International Accounts sales.
*Reviews market analyses to determine qualified target customers, customer needs, competitive service features and pricing levels.
*Respect all NATEK internal processes: reporting, quality and get complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
*Adhere to all NATEK policies, procedures and professional ethical commitments to its customers, employees, and candidates

Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of IT / outsourcing services
*Experienced with customer relations –relationship management, contract negotiation in International Leader
*Fluent English
Other requirements:
*University graduate
*Communicative, team player, reliable, self starter
*Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment and advance in a international company
