Regional Sales Manager

 

Miejsce pracy: cała Polsa / home office

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • As Regional Sales Manager for Poland you are the most important interface to our customers, the paper producers and you are the representative of our company, Products and Services division
  • As the representative for Products & Services you offer a comprehensive range of services, spare & wear parts, rebuilds and optimisation of existing papermachines, stock preparations and processes to our customers within the paper industry
  • In the context of our comprehensive customer care approach, you analyse the potential of papermachines, stock preparations and processes of existing paper mills,
  • You identify and quantify improvement potentials
  • The high quality support of your customers as well as the development of new customers, organization of presentations and workshops at customer site and exhibitions belongs to your tasks
  • Independent analysis of the market (among other tasks, competitor, market price information) and development of strategies in addition belongs to your activities
  • Maintaining the internal Sales Force System is mandatory
  • Located in homeoffice in the Center of Poland

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified mechanical/process engineering background or a comparable technical background with several years of professional experience
  • Ideally graduated from Technical University Lodz - Papermaking Institute
  • Work ideally in the sales or production area within or for the paper industry, with a good technical and papermaking skill, have Ideally an intense papermachine background
  • Capable to communicate on all levels at the customer (from shop floor up to mill management)
  • Strongly sales and goal oriented
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing is mandatory. Additional, native polish speaking is required, as well as good office software skills
  • Initiative working; Good team player
  • Highly customer oriented; Willing to travel frequently
