Currently for our Client- multinational company specialised in selling their products (tooling industry) to distributors and dealers- we are looking for Regional Sales Manager.
Working on this position you will be responsible for growing the business in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, achieving sales and profitability targets as well as based on analysis conducting long- term business planning. You will also manage distributor performance, supporting and expanding customer base, enlarging product range sold etc. Your role includes also continuous monitoring of entire distribution chain (distributors, retailers, end- users), analysis of market needs and trends.
We are looking for Candidate with university degree (technical or business) and proven successful minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/ sales position in 2- step distribution environment. Ability and willingness to extensively business travels (50% of time) is a must as well as fluent English. Additional language like: Czech, Slovak or Hungarian will be a plus. We are looking for proactive, business and goal- oriented people.
