For our client operating in the telco and energy industry, a company which provides modern solutions for the control network and intelligent use of energy we are looking for:

Job summary
The RSM is the outward face of the business in the Smart Grid market, and must project the strengths of, and opportunities offered by, the our client product and service offering.  
 
The goal of the RSM role is to grow our client  Sales in line with stakeholder expectations, taking advantage of the global Smart Grid roll-out. This Sales growth must be accomplished in a profitable and sustainable manner, facilitating the overall profitability and long-term growth of the company.
 
A key requirement of the RSM is to be a team player, working closely with the Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Engineering teams, to ensure our client has the right products and services for the market, and that our client can exceed customer expectations.
 
Knowledge & Critical Experiences 
  • Engineering qualification
  • Fluent Polish and English speaker
  • 5+ years’ experience in senior Sales positions within technology / engineering industries
  • Results-focused mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of the Utility or Telecoms sectors 
  • Demonstrable competency in Sales account management and business development
  • Expertise in Sales forecasting and planning
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and ethical leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and personal integrity
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving and have foresight into potential issues
  • International business experience
 
The key areas of responsibility are as follows:
  • Management of existing customers and market partners, assisting those partners to promote the our client brand and capabilities within the market.
  • Winning new business within their region, increasing our client share of the Smart Grid market.
  • Provide accurate Sales forecasts to the business, allowing our client to provide market-leading customer service now and into the future.
  • Active contronution to the Strategic Planning process of the business, including helping to identify market trends and requirements
  • Gathering and presenting to senior management accurate and timely market intelligence about customers, competitors, regulatory requirements, technology trends etc
  • Specific responsibility for Central & Eastern Europe, including (but not limited to) Poland, Romania, Hungary, Baltic states and the Balkans
