Regional Project Manager (“Regional PM”) will drive the day-to-day oversight and management of the region’s rebranding projects. The candidate will work directly with the region’s Chief Marketing Officer, designated regional business and IT leads, Enterprise Program Management Team (“EPMT”), in-region country leads and various corporate functions project team members
Tasks:
- Provides expert project management knowledge to drive the regional country project teams along the project lifecycle
- Measures progress against KPIs
- Assesses project risks and across the region, and drives the country project teams to create plans for risk mitigation. Escalates project risks as required to the Enterprise Program Management Team
- Provides strategic direction and tracks progress against integrated implementation project plans
- Responsible for the end-to-end budget management for the region, for YTD spend tracking on monthly basis and reporting to the Enterprise Program Management Team and regional leadership teams/sponsors
- Provides coordination across different projects included in a Program, to ensure regional alignment
- Reports project status and key issues to the Enterprise Program Management Team and regional steering committee
- Undergraduate degree required, other advanced degree preferred
- PMI certification required
- Experience equivalent to 7-years in PM roles, including implementation of complex projects/programs (e.g. multi-country projects, ERPs, etc.)
- Prefarable to have experience in rebranding projects
