Regional Network Infrastructure Manager (Kielce)
- The role of Regional Network Infrastructure Manager encompasses the deployment of new network infrastructure (fiber), due diligence and taking over of existing infrastructure and the management of the active network infrastructure as well as assisting in the development of new services.

Description
- Represent the company in local authorities including carrying out face to face negotiations on all aspects of the network's deployment,
- Support with agreements/negotiations with infrastructure owners,
- Deal with operational service claims with private landowners, including the area of way leaves and permissions,
- Development of network infrastructure plans and in-situ modification to plans to ensure best fit deployment where challenges arise,
- Attending the selected reviews and inspection of the network infrastructure (including reviews and inspections during the construction ad upon the infrastructure handover),
- Managing and participating in randomized reviews of completed OLT, supporting the construction team in these processes,
- Assist with review of protocols and sign offs for construction and installations works,
- Assist with management of randomized reviews of completed OLT in support of construction team efforts,
- Review and control in the field outsourcing partners,
- Reviewing the protocols and sign offs for construction and installations work
- Ensure physical network security,
- Support for the execution of managed service agreement contract according to KPIs, and agreed processes,
- Verification of ISPs feedback on missing addresses on planned or existing overbuilds,
- Verification of business potential of Business to Business addresses or any addition services which might be launched in future,
- Working with local ISP partners to identify attractive areas for network extensions,
- Identify local opportunities and support negotiations with local operator acquisitions,
Profile
- Experience working in a Polish telecoms business (desirable),
- Project delivery and management skills gained in the deployment of new or upgrading of existing networks,
- Self-starter with the ability and willingness to learn and grow,
- Very good communication skills, business-oriented attitude,
- Communicative level of English,
- Team worker,
- Driving license cat. B.
