- Support the Global Engineering Director in planning and managing project priorities for their region in line with the region’s growth ambitions
- Ensure the projects are properly planned, executed safely, on time, strictly within budget and successfully handed over to the Sourcing Unit team
- Support the implementation of the Sustainability program
- Provide input and approval on the capital proposals for their region prior to submission to the Global Engineering director
- Ensure compliance of the projects within the regions Engineering and QA standards as well as the application of specific local obligations/requirements
- Operated at senior project manager level
- Fulfilled a variety of engineering and supply chain projects with track record of delivery
- Leadership skills in Process Engineering with ability to handle complex multi-site projects
- Carrying the responsibility for project successes and providing strong direction for the teams
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills (both verbal and written).
- Flexibility to travel intra- and inter-continentally

In this position your main focus will be to lead the delivery of the regionally agreed Exco capex program. You will be part of the Global Engineering team and work together with the Global Engineering Director.Responsibilities
