The job acts as the primary common in-take for global and regional expert services to all global segments. The position holder will perform the services delivery, project activity and services management in a proactive autonomous manner.

This HR Service Center aims to be the best in providing outstanding customer experience focusing on the needs of Mars Associates, helping them and guiding through their Mars adventure. Associates working within this center will have a chance to be a part of a brand new challenge, supporting 7 European countries in their HR matters and developing their carriers within Mars Family.

Description

  • Provides detailed functional expertise to Key Users, My P&O Team and P&O associates for our SAP: CHRIS system and iTMS Rewards module ensuring our P&O technology solutions and process are brought to life and used effectively at Mars. Holds a general understanding of Services Management practices and methods such as SLA management, incident management and problem solving management
  • Activity coordination, consultancy of complex issues on business critical master data changes such as re-organizations, mass data line manager changes or interface projects serving as a key project functional member clearly articulating the change process needed in SAP: CHRIS and working with project team to outline and obtain all critical information/support to initiate change in the system
  • Supporting HR Systems, escalating and resolving system problems that has been reported
  • Escalating issues to resolution teams as a part of the Service Level Agreement
  • Supporting the implementation of HR procedures, policies and processes in the relevant functional communities
  • Implementing service improvements
  • Drives data integrity and accuracy controls, reporting and address of exceptions
  • Making sure the data privacy requirements are met
  • Adapting to a new business needs proposing new ideas
  • Represent the region in all aspects of system change management (raising change requests, prioritization of activities, testing new functionality, communicating change to end users, etc
  • Developing the network of key users and sharing best practices in the region
  • May lead smaller projects, beyond regional scope, with manageable risks and resource requirements

Profile

  • University degree is required
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Team managing experience
  • Strong reporting skills
  • High interest in data, metrics and analysis
  • Experience in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of HR processes / systems /information
  • Analytical and technical curiosity attitude
  • IT literate, background in other Systems
  • Project Management / Services Management experience
  • Experience of enabling business from IT
  • Working in an international business environment.
  • Experience of advanced problem solving, e.g. must be able to work in both a business process level and troubleshoot systems issues at the detailed operational level
