Description
- Manage and coordinate the annual business planning process - 5y Business Plan for Central Europe (CE) and assisting in budget and forecast process, presenting those results to the Management Board
- Manage and coordinate the quarterly CE Closing process
- Preparation of quarterly flash reports for CE
- Responsible for KPI reporting and related analysis (eg Sales & Footfall, Debtors Ageing, Accounts Payables, etc)
- Responsible for Pipeline reporting - efficient collaboration with other stakeholders - perform Control activities on Capex/development projects spending vs target
- Implementing and maintaining strong system of controls and "checks and balances", to prevent surprises
- Functional drive and/or involvement in IT system landscape including further development Responsible for valuation process for the CE assets
- Perform financial part of investment/divestment processes
- Exchanges "best practices" with counterparts within CE and whole Group
Profile
- 4+ experience in controlling / reporting position
- real estate experience is a must
- ability to work with people, coordinate processes
- no team management experience required
