Our Client is one of the leaders in FMCG sector worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Commercial Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall direction on the day-to-day finance in cluster with a primary focus on sales decision support. Ideal candidate has strong commercial and business acumen as well as business partnering approach.
Description
- Organize pro-active decision support: ensure that financial consequences of decisions are clear, resources are utilized in the most efficient way and promotional actions are pre/post analyzed.
- Be part of the commercial negotiation with distributors and financialize of elements of our trade relations mainly via value chain and bonus mechanism
- Harmonize and simplify ways of working across the 27 markets to drive efficiency and ensure focus on added value work
- Monitor company performances and financial resources to maintain short and long term financial health of the business. Provide early warnings, control cost and propose investment opportunities.
- Direct the timely and accurate preparation of the Company's financial and reports to Group and relevant state authorities. Such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheet and other reports in a very accurate way and fillings with the support of externalized accounting provider.
- Ensure adequate level of internal controls
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Liaise with internal / external audits
- Implement action plans from audit recommendations
Profile
- Master in Finance preferable
- Strong track record of performance and delivery within Finance in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG enviroment, with multiple years of delivery in a managerial role)
- Min. 8 years of finance experience in multinational environment ideally in sales decision support & analysis
- Strong financial technical skills with good accounting background
- Ability to work independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills that establishes, fosters and maintains working relationships with peers, management and third party supploer
- Managed all types of audits (internal, external and tax)
- SAP knowledge
- Fluent english is a must
- 20% mobile
