Regional Commercial Controller
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor our client, leading FMCG company we are looking for candidates on the position of Regional Financial Controller for Sales and Marketing (Commercial). As a Commercial Finance Controller, you’ll be responsible for contributing towards the achievement of company’s Marketing and Sales strategies through excellent financial advice and management information.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing input and support to marketing and sales budget holders with budget estimation and cost management however ensuring efficient resource allocation through proper commercial and finance assessment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, drive and prepare post implementation review, provide and interpret performance measurement statements and analyses of marketing initiatives
- Prepare financial reporting, liaison over systems issues
- Analyzing current and future trends and the reasons for unexpected deviations
- Constant monitoring of the customer's brand, product and profitability
- Close cooperation with the Business Intelligence and Production departments
Client's expectations for the candidate:
- Proven experience of preferably 5 years (3 at minimum) in finance
- Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (B2/C1)
- Experience in building automated reports and models
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to challenge existing ideas and persuade others
- Strong personality - a team player, a specific and multitasks person
- Experience in working with Finance integrated packages (SAP, VBA oraz HFM would be advantageous)
