For our client – international and one of the biggest company in chemical industry – we are looking for Regional Account Manager CEE This is a well-known and developing producer of chemicals dedicated to different sector.
Your new role
You will manage sales of catalysts and adsorbents in Central Europe (Poland (80%), Hungary, Check Republic, Slovakia). You will serve as the first line commercial & technical support the customer as well as build customer long-lasting relationships with clients amongst industrial customers (mainly heavy industry: petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas as well as managing public tendering process). What’s more, you will be responsible for active searches and acquiring new clients, including new projects encompassing sale of innovative catalyst & adsorbent solutions for low-carbon process technologies. RAM will identify and specify customer needs, coordinate lead qualification, drive business closure as well as control, evaluate and document progress and achievement of commercial goals.
What you'll need to succeed
We are searching for Candidates with a professional experience in a project-based sales in industrial chemical solutions (non-commodities), business development, process engineering, marketing as well as working with customers in the area of Catalysts, the Petrochemical Industry, the Oil & Gas sector or similar. Background in the scope of chemistry, catalysis, chemical engineering or in a related field will be an advantage. Fluent English and Polish will be necessary. We are looking for person with strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation and account management skills together with distinct networking competencies and ready to travel (40%-50%).
