Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for an independent Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for the whole recruitment processes within the organization.

Our client is an International Manufacturing Company located in the Northeastern Silesia.
Description

Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs

Being responsible for end to end recruitment processes

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations
-
Builds Recruitment KPI's and communicate them to the different Stakeholders
-
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
-
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers emphasizing benefits
-
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Profile
-
At least few years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
-
Professional Level of English
-
Excellent communication skills, knows how to represent in the best manner the company and show assertiveness
-
Results oriented, very well organized and quick learner
