HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Recruitment Specialist
Work Place: Warsaw Mokotów
Responsibilities:
•Supporting recruitment processes of all departments– mainly IT;
•Working closely with the HR Business Partner to develop market focused recruitment strategies;
•Following up the employee hiring and onboarding process;
•Making suggestions on improvements to the recruitment and employer branding strategy and processes and identifying new opportunities and markets;
•Developing a portfolio of contacts (recruitment agencies, university career offices);
•Acting as a Hiring Manager’s consultative partner;
•Actively participating in employer branding activities.
•Maintain and update tools to ensure the best international recruitment practices;
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree and work experience in recruitment, preferably in international environment;
•Advanced/good Word, Excel, Power Point skills
•Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high sense of responsibility;
•Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
•Proactiveness and strong customer-focus
•Experience in IT Recruitment would be a strong asset.
