You will be a good match if you:
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (prerequisite)
- Are experienced in direct search
- Understand Corporate work environment
- Have experience in maintaining business relationships with international environment
- Have good knowledge of English allowing to communicate easily

- Have ability to work over few task under pressure of time
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Realization of comprehensive recruitment process for positions in IT industry
- Cooperation with recruitment and sales departments, Project Managers and IT specialists
- Selection for the candidates that are in line with company and customer needs
- Searching for new sources of candidates
- Building and maintaining good and long-term relationships with employees
- On-boarding process
- Supporting IT professionals in matters related to their work and professional development
- Participation in IT job fairs&conferences
- Developing recruitment tools
- Administration of candidates database and updating it
