We are currently looking for a candidate in the following role:
Recruitment Specialist
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey Accountabilities:
• Conducting the recruitment processes in line with Hiring Manager’ agreed employment budget and guidelines;
• Initiating and maintaining cooperation with stakeholders specializing in HR consulting and servicing recruitment processes;
• Establishing, overseeing and coordinating strong relationship with the universities / other educational institutions in order to ensure the best talents are acquired for Hiring Managers;
• Ensuring process productivity and achievements of recruitment SLAs;
• Providing any monthly and ad-hoc reports on the status of the given recruitment projects status;
• Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted understood and implemented;
• Ensure that the internal and external customer issues / problems are effectively investigated and resolved or appropriately referred with recommendations;
• Good cooperation and building relationship with Hiring Managers;
• Coordinating recruitment processes in timely manner and with high quality.
Requirements:
• About 1-2 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment process;
• Higher education in Human Resources or related field would be an asset;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in international environment;
• Strong MS Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to build relationship with stakeholders, both internal and external;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good relationship / networking skills would be an added advantage.
