As a Recruitment Specialist you will be a member of our Competence Center team. Your main tasks will be to build and maintain CV database, review applications, arrange and conduct interviews and handle all candidate documentation. You will also be involved in execution of all selection events and programs, as well as enter and exit procedures of white collars and technicians (contracts, terminations, documentation flow).

As a Competence Center member you will also cooperate with other FairWind departments such as Compliance, Finance, Travel & Logistic, Warehouse and Site
Management. You will be responsible for developing a good understanding of FairWind needs, work culture and environment.

Wymagania

• Experience from similar position (at least one year)
• Experience in the recruitment of blue collars will be a huge benefit
• Very good English skills, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and negotiations skills
• Strong user of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organizational skills
