Wymagania
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supporting research efforts of the Research Team to identify experts using diverse techniques, including headhunting and networking
- Actively sourcing candidates to support projects and initiatives across different industries
- Supporting communication efforts and cooperating with Communications Manager
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process
- Managing recruitment processes in a dedicated project management system
- Developing market analysis in areas such as Management Consultancy, Economics, Public Policy, and others
- Populating the EonD internal database and developing experts’ profiles
- Consolidating all the information regarding market demand and broader market research in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Prior experience (min. 6 months) in direct search and recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (min. C1 level)
- Fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
- Minimum a bachelor degree in international affairs, economics, public policy, sociology or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- Positive, energetic and constructive approach to work
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
