Recruitment Specialist with French (SSC)

Currently, for a global company
which has its Business Centre in Katowice we are looking for experienced Recruiter who will support recruitment activities on the European markets, focusing mostly on Luxembourg.
Job responsibilities would include, but will be not limited to:
- Relationship management - with Candidates, Hiring Managers as well as Business Partners
- Talent Acquisition : active search using various channels, screening the Candidates and presenting their profiles to the business
- Driving positive employment brand awareness
- Market mapping, labour market trends evaluation
- Reporting and process improvement suggestion with regards to the recruitment strategy / tools
- Stakeholder management : coordination of vendors (e.g. external agencies) to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service
We are looking for professional with previous experience within recruitment either in internal HR or agency and very good knowledge of English and French
language skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools, sourcing methods as well as MS Office together with very good communication skills and pro-active attitude is also required.
